When it comes to gearing and picking enchants, you’ll need to understand stat priority. Stat priority refers to a concept in which specific stats are more important than others. Every single class has different stat priorities, as their abilities and attacks all scale differently. Warriors, especially dual-wielding fury warriors, have an even bigger importance when it comes to stat priority because there are stat requirements they must reach in order to consistently deal damage.

The Selfish Arms-Fury 31/20 build. This build is all about a 2h weapon. It hasn’t made any concessions to expecting to tank, and it’s purely about doing as much damage as possible with a 2h weapon, specifically a sword in this case for the Sword Specialization chance to proc another attack. This build could easily change based on what the best 2h weapon you happened to have access to is — most players would probably use Axe or Polearm spec since those seemed easier to get than swords. This particular spec doesn’t even use Deflection, which is a decent survivability talent, choosing instead to focus on Improved Overpower for more crit chance when dealing with annoying Rogues trying to dodge everything you do. This is as close to a glass cannon build as Arms Warriors ever got, back in the day. Arms with proper gear for the time (basically, the best PVP gear or raid gear from BWL or up) would go with this spec and just annihilate people in BG’s, trusting in a pocket healer to keep them alive long enough to ruin people’s days. If you saw an Arms Warrior with the Might of Menethil and Mace Spec, you knew you were in for a bad, bad time.
Meanwhile i’d suggest you go Scarlet Monestary with a friend (I was a mage, and i had a hunter friend, sometimes another mage, and sometimes a priest) — that will do just fine, regardless of gear. I suggest Library and Armory for the most Silk Cloth / Mageweave. – That way you can also get your little Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade, which I think is awesome. — It’s a small bonus to the grind 🙁

For most situations, a 17/34/0 build should suit you well. However, some players have found success while playing a two-handed fury playstyle. Fury is largely focused around dual-wielding, but Horde players can benefit from a shaman’s windfury totem. Windfury will allow a Horde warrior to potentially get a free auto attack in, which is crucial for damage output and rage generation.
Members Area:  My members area will launch one week before Classic WoW launches.  At this time I am unsure of how much content will be in it.  I suspect it will be about the same price of a Twitch sub (of only about $5 a month or so).  The members area will support the ongoing efforts to improving my leveling guides over time.  There is a lot more content planned for the future, including remastered TBC leveling guides (even if Blizzard does not launch Classic TBC).  And remastered WOTLK leveling guides.  I plan to continue to make leveling guides for WoW full time for many years to come!
This is not going to be a talent by talent breakdown, although I might well sit down and write one of those if there’s interest. This is me giving you a look at various talent builds you can adopt once WoW Classic is out, and get an idea of what to aim for. In general, while leveling you should use your primary talent tree as your first one to spend points in — get up the tree to 31 and that big, primary attack (Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst or Shield Slam) as fast as possible. That’s a spec defining ability and you want to get it ASAP. From there, you can start spending points  in the other trees.
Another important part of optimizing is collecting consumables to use during tougher encounters. Because of how expensive some of these items can be, you’ll probably want to reserve costlier items for raids. While consumables aren’t a requirement, they are another way of making your character even stronger. Taking the time to collect and use consumables shows other raiders that you are dedicated to performing at your best!
In-Game Addon Version of My Leveling Guides:  As of June 6th the In-Game Addon version of my leveling guides has began construction!  It will be a long road before it's finished completely, so I cannot guarantee how much of it will be ready for Classic Launch but there is a decent chance that some starting zones will be complete for it by then.  It will be full of features, including:  waypoint arrows, automatic updating, and much more.  More features will be available for it overtime too.
