Meanwhile i’d suggest you go Scarlet Monestary with a friend (I was a mage, and i had a hunter friend, sometimes another mage, and sometimes a priest) — that will do just fine, regardless of gear. I suggest Library and Armory for the most Silk Cloth / Mageweave. – That way you can also get your little Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade, which I think is awesome. — It’s a small bonus to the grind 🙁

When it comes to PVP Warrior players will tend to either go Fury or Arms Spec, Fury early levels and when you reach level 60 Arms can be a monster with the right type of gear. Arms specifically with the final talent in the arms tree Mortal Strike is really good for dealing with healers as it reduces the amount of healing that target receives by 50%. Fury can stick to enemies a bit easier thanks to Death Wish, which makes you immune to the Fear you can expect to see from Preist.
Talent trees are the customizable feature that allows a warrior to flourish. When you gain new talents, especially ones that offer you new and iconic abilities, you’ll feel much stronger and it will add extra depth to your class. Within each class, spec helps distinguish between different players of that class. Even further, the talents you choose will help make you stand out from another player of the same class!
Engineering is the one must-have profession if you care about powerful combat tools such as Goblin Sapper Charge, Arcanite Dragonling, and Hyper-Radiant Flame Reflector. It also provides great convenience through Dimensional Ripper - Everlook and Ultrasafe Transporter: Gadgetzan. All of these tools are only usable by Engineers, which makes it the top profession for maximizing your performance in WoW Classic, at maximum level.
The Anvil – Protection 51. No, really. This is a build that the first MT in my first raiding guild used, and with it we cleared several realm first kills all the way up to Naxx 40. This build sacrifices pretty much all damage and Deflection over in Arms, which was a hard sell at the time — when I started main tanking I ended up going with a variant Arms 5/Protection 46 build that gave up Improved Taunt and One-Handed Weapon Spec for those 5 points in Deflection. Either way, this is a spec that says I tank, and I don’t do anything else without either spending gold or bringing a lot of friends with me. But they have a ton of survival in them.
If you thought your job was done after reaching level 60 and filling out your talent tree, then you’re in for a big surprise! Hitting the level cap is just the first step, because now you’ll actually need to take the time to optimize your character. While a mail agility helm might have worked for leveling because it was all you could find, you’ll definitely want a plate one offering strength.
That same concept applies to all aspects of your character. While you may have made something work for leveling, you’ll now want to fine-tune it to get the most from your character. You might notice a distinct difference between a level 1 character and a level 60 character, but you’ll also be able to distinguish between a fresh level 60 warrior and a fully-optimized level 60 warrior. The optimized warrior will survive for much longer, and will deal far more DPS!
Tauren are often considered the best Horde tank due to the extra health from Endurance, and they also have a useful area of effect stun in War Stomp, as well as a head start on Herbalism with Cultivation. Also, keep in mind Taurens have larger hitboxes than other races, allowing them to hit, and be hit, from 2 yards further than other races. This can be a blessing, when trying to reach moving enemies, or a curse, when trying to run away from them. Overall, Taurens make for strong tanks, but lack Orc's and Troll's threat-building abilities, which are especially important on Horde, due to the lack of Blessing of Salvation and the extra DPS brought by Windfury Totem.
Below we list some of the Pros and Cons / Strength and Weakness of Leveling the Warrior Class in general. It’s worth noting that Warrior is one of the hardest Classes to Solo Level up in Classic WoW, you will want to find someone to level with. If you have a hard time finding some, try to Spec Protection and Tank Dungeons and other Farming areas with someone and share the XP with them.
I made some route changes to the Horde levels 43-44 sections.  I have swapped 44 Dustwallow Marsh with 44 Desolace (the entire sections). This allowed me to do Deadmire (at lvl 43 instead of 38) and then go stop at TB to turn in Deadmire + The Black Shield at the same time, then fly quickly to do the Desolace stuff.  Doing 44 Desolace is now mandatory because I think its faster with the new routes. This will also make the level 53 grind much shorter.  I think these were great changes.

This is not going to be a talent by talent breakdown, although I might well sit down and write one of those if there’s interest. This is me giving you a look at various talent builds you can adopt once WoW Classic is out, and get an idea of what to aim for. In general, while leveling you should use your primary talent tree as your first one to spend points in — get up the tree to 31 and that big, primary attack (Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst or Shield Slam) as fast as possible. That’s a spec defining ability and you want to get it ASAP. From there, you can start spending points  in the other trees.
The Armadillo — Arms/Fury/Prot 11/5/35. This was a main tanking build that basically traded away offense for defense. There were too many variants to list, but the biggest wasn’t a variant at all, but was instead this Arms 11/Prot 40 build that traded away the 5 points in Fury for Cruelty with full 1h Weapon Specialization and Improved Taunt. Neither of these builds could generate much DPS — this was purely about threat and survival, and any farming or otherwise playing outside of a dungeon or raid would often require you to spend gold on a respec (no multiple talent specs back then) or to have friends who would come kill stuff while you tanked it.
The Horde levels 50-60 guide has been rewritten and revamped.  My 1-60 Horde leveling guide is now completely updated for the 1.12 Drums of War patch.  As you can see it is about 15% larger than the 40-50 guide (single largest guide page yet).  There is also a lot of route changes.  I moved the entire Silithus section from level 55 to level 58, which allowed me to include a lot more quests for that zone.  There is also a lot of other improvement to the route, including adding a lot more quests into the guide, mostly from Moonglade, Silithus and Eastern Plaguelands.  This will make the final level 59 grind much shorter.
