If you’re serious about playing WoW Classic as a Warrior, you’re probably looking at those talents and wondering what to do — especially if you didn’t play in Vanilla and have no idea what all those talents are. Well, I did play in Vanilla — in fact, I talk about it way too much as one might expect of an old crotchety sort who wants these kids off his lawn — and so now you get the chance to profit from my barely healed trauma as I talk about the popular talent specs that Warriors used back in the day, just in time for you to climb on up into WoW Classic when it comes out.
If you want to always have dibs on getting into Raid or Dungeons being a Tank is the way to go, and if you are Warrior Tank well that justs the cherry on top. Tanks are always in high demand and if you are unsure how to complete a Dungeon or Raid some players will be happy to teach you if you ask. When it comes to PVP Protection Warrior can be useful Flag Runners if they have a Healer pocket them, even without you can make due.

The rotation for an arms warrior is quite simple. Keep Rend applied at all times on your primary target. After that, use Mortal Strike on cooldown. When MS is on cooldown, use Overpower as a filler ability. When MS and OP are on cooldown, use Heroic Strike or Cleave depending on the number of enemies. Even though you can play arms, you’d probably have a better time going two-handed fury if you’re dedicated to a two-hander.
I made some route changes to the Horde levels 43-44 sections.  I have swapped 44 Dustwallow Marsh with 44 Desolace (the entire sections). This allowed me to do Deadmire (at lvl 43 instead of 38) and then go stop at TB to turn in Deadmire + The Black Shield at the same time, then fly quickly to do the Desolace stuff.  Doing 44 Desolace is now mandatory because I think its faster with the new routes. This will also make the level 53 grind much shorter.  I think these were great changes.
Tauren are often considered the best Horde tank due to the extra health from Endurance, and they also have a useful area of effect stun in War Stomp, as well as a head start on Herbalism with Cultivation. Also, keep in mind Taurens have larger hitboxes than other races, allowing them to hit, and be hit, from 2 yards further than other races. This can be a blessing, when trying to reach moving enemies, or a curse, when trying to run away from them. Overall, Taurens make for strong tanks, but lack Orc's and Troll's threat-building abilities, which are especially important on Horde, due to the lack of Blessing of Salvation and the extra DPS brought by Windfury Totem.
Swim Speed Potions (used especially at lvl 37 for Faldir's Cove in Arathi Highlands and lvl 57 in WPL).  Try to get multiple stacks of these.  I also recommend keeping a stack of these always in your bags.  You will frequently pass rivers and lakes and can use these potions to pass them faster through out the guide.  Please note that these potions do not stack with Druid's Aquatic Form and Glyph of Aquatic Form.

Hit Cap to 8% – The utmost priority lies with raising your hit cap to a minimum of 8%. If you’re dual-wielding, the hit cap is actually 27%, but that value is almost impossible to reach, especially if you’ve just reached level 60. With that in mind, your special abilities (think rotational abilities like Bloodthirst and Whirlwind) only require 8% to actually hit. This does mean that as a dual-wielding fury warrior, you will miss auto attacks, but all of your special abilities that consume rage will hit.
The Dedicated Offtank — Arms/Protection 31/20. This build still allows for some oomph when you’re not tanking but focuses more heavily on tanking, with a full 20 points in Protection for picking up some Defiance and Improved Shield Block. It’s still not a main tanking build, but it gives you options for when you’re not raiding or running a dungeon and a lot of Warriors used it in classic. You can vary it up by altering how many points you put in Defiance vs. other talents, like this version that gets you Last Stand, which many tanks swore by.
...but, in my experiences, I found dual wielding to be fine, but only if you're Fury. I found that having two weapon swings meant having twice as many chances to crit, which led to lots more Flurry procs. At level 50 with two blue 1h swords, my kill speed was just about the same as when I used an epic 2h axe. And I wasn't even specced into the offhand damage talent. If I got a good string of crits, I could smack mobs down in 15-20 seconds, and easily hit Bloodthirst every time it came off CD.
When it comes to PVP Warrior players will tend to either go Fury or Arms Spec, Fury early levels and when you reach level 60 Arms can be a monster with the right type of gear. Arms specifically with the final talent in the arms tree Mortal Strike is really good for dealing with healers as it reduces the amount of healing that target receives by 50%. Fury can stick to enemies a bit easier thanks to Death Wish, which makes you immune to the Fear you can expect to see from Preist.
Even though the guide was developed with a hunter, the guide can be followed by any class.  Except you have to do your class's quests which aren't a whole lot.  I do have full intention to make my guide friendly with all classes in the future by listing all of their steps as well.  There will be a toggle that allows you to show which class's steps you want to see in the guide.  But this is coming later.
